You may as well throw out those plastic guitars because this is a game where you will not need one at any time. There are no skills in the guitar instrument and not large spaces needed for this one. So what am I on about?
Brutal legend of course, the game world is actually set around the classic rock covers and the main character is voiced by the very funny Jack Black. This is no game for kids, not by any means as this game comes with an 18 certificate plastered on the front of it even though you do have an option at the start of the game to take out the swearing. This was done to get parents to buy it for their kids, without the swearing the game really isnt that bad, it would scare the kids more than make them violent people.
However there is a lot of violence in the game with the majority of it being spent hitting, killing and running over anything you see. A lot of people thought this game was strictly single player but it turned out that it has some very crazy multiplayer aspects to it. It is more strategy based than the single player game as you have to spawn an army of followers that will help you fight the other team.
The weapons in the game include a gigantic battle axe and one of those awesome looking guitars that you see in classic rock. It is not really based on one of those Bass Guitars or Electric Guitars but is a combination of all things rock.
As well as Jack Black there are many other stars that have been cast for this game that include Tim Curry, Lita Ford and the legendary Ozzy Osbourne. This game really does have a brilliant and gripping storyline that contains many funny moments.
